We use quantitative mass spectrometry based proteomics in combination with modification specific enrichment and visualization strategies including affinity-based kinase and phosphopeptide enrichments to identify and quantify phosphorylated proteins at a given time at a given condition. Furthermore, we use fluorescence and differential chemical thiol-redox labelling to identify and quantify oxidatively modified proteins at cysteine residues
