Inhalt/Content

To pursuit a comprehensive One Health approach, a large-scale collection of fecal samples will be combined with data sets encompassing wildlife, livestock, and humans in both Kenya and Germany to employ metagenomics to reveal the genomic landscape, identify genes, and detect zoonotic pathogens within samples.
