Case description
This 43-year-old female presented one year ago with a Spetzler-Martin grade III, left occipital, hemorrhaged, arteriovenous malformation. Following extirpation of the AVM, the non-ruptured, angioma-associated aneurysm (arrow) at the origin of the superior cerebellar artery from the basilar artery should now be closed.

The postoperative DSA shows the complete closure of the aneurysm (arrows). Aside from the AVM-related narrowing of the visual field, the patient does not display any neurological deficits.
